You can use these 4 hours however you wish. 

Share them with your friends or family, give one away as a gift, or use them all for yourself.  You can also use these in half-hour increments . . . which means you can have a 30 minute, 60 minute, 90 minute, or 120 minute massage.

Hot Stone Massage

Basalt stones are heated in a hot water bath and used as massage tools. The stones penetrate heat deep into the tissue and muscle systems. This treatment induces deep relaxation, improves mobility and circulation, purifies the blood, relieves sinus pressure and pain, and restores equilibrium. (Not for pregnancy or heart conditions)
